The eXp Portugal Revenue Share Program is structured to incentivize agents to bring new talent into the company. Here’s a detailed breakdown:
1. Revenue Share Structure
-
The program is based on a seven-tier structure, which compensates agents for both directly and indirectly sponsored agents.
-
Compensation Tiers:
-
Tier 1: Agents receive 17.5% of the revenue generated by agents they directly sponsor.
-
Tier 2: Agents receive 20.0% on agents sponsored by their direct recruits.
-
Tier 3: 12.5% of revenue is paid on agents in the third level.
-
Tier 4: 7.5% of revenue is paid on agents at the fourth level.
-
Tier 5: 5.0% of revenue is shared at the fifth level.
-
Tier 6: 12.5% of revenue is earned from agents at the sixth level.
-
Tier 7: The top level pays out 25.0% on revenue from agents at this level.
2. Qualifying Agents (FLQA)
-
FLQA stands for Fully Qualifying Agents and is the basis for unlocking the revenue share in each tier.
-
The number of FLQA required to unlock each tier varies, incentivizing agents to continually build and support their downline.
-
Agents can earn revenue from a tier only if they meet the FLQA requirement for that tier. If an agent doesn’t qualify for a particular tier, they forfeit that revenue, and it rolls up to the next qualified agent.
3. Percentage of Revenue
-
Revenue share is based on gross commission income (GCI), paid by eXp, not taken from the agent’s share.
-
Agents earn passive income based on the production of their sponsored agents.
-
Revenue share is capped annually per agent, so each downline agent has a maximum amount they can contribute to the revenue share pool based on their capped status.
4. Growth Potential and Compound Earnings
-
This model enables compound growth: as agents bring in new recruits and those recruits continue to sponsor others, agents receive revenue share on agents up to seven tiers deep.
-
By promoting growth within their network, agents can scale their earnings through this structure, creating multiple streams of income.
5. Pay Schedule
-
Revenue share is distributed monthly based on the transactions closed by agents in the network.
-
eXp ensures transparency with detailed reports, so agents can track earnings from their revenue share network.
The eXp Portugal Revenue Share Program is built for agents who want to create a business within the brokerage by attracting, mentoring, and supporting new agents. With tiered payouts and potential for compounding earnings, agents can leverage the model to build long-term wealth and financial stability.
