Description of the property:

The second terrace has a mature persimmon tree, while the third has an orange, olive and fig and bay tree. As well as all the facilities you would expect from a city the local Intermarché supermarket with the in-house pharmacy is a 5-minute walk away, Lidl and local shops are 10 minutes and the Forum shopping centre is a 5-minute drive away, as is the ring-road for getting to Lisbon or Porto both of which are reachable within 1.5 hours.

The third-largest city in Portugal, Coimbra has a vibrant atmosphere because of the large student population so there is the opportunity to turn this property into a shared student house. The city is also a huge tourist attraction due to its history, University buildings, public and conference spaces.
