Entrance to this lovely property is down a short lane from the main road, there is a parking area  in between  the ancient olive trees next to the woodshed which is filled with wood from the forest belonging to the property.

 

The opposite side of the lane is the house entrance into the front gardens and steps up to the front door that lead into the large open plan kitchen diner, with wooden wall and base units which have nice grey marble worktops, the kitchen is equipped with double sink and built in oven with hob with extractor above. There is also access to the loft from the kitchen.

 

Moving through the dining room and kitchen then leads into the lounge with large windows that overlook the mountains in the distance, the lounge has a free standing wood burner as well as central heating radiator run by pellets. This large open plan area has several doors leading into bedrooms in different directions.

Moving on to the the first Guest Bedroom again this is a double room with double aspect windows to the front and pool side of the property it has Highly polished tiled flooring, also with ensuite bathroom complete with shower cubicle wc and sink basin with vanity unit. A seating area for breakfast.

 

Next is the 2nd Guest suite with its own private balcony through patio doors, overlooking the stunning views of the mountains in the distance. This room currently has a double bed and bunk beds, polished tiled floors and ensuite bathroom indoor seating for breakfast.

The ensuite has a shower unit wc and sink with vanity unit and mirror above.

If shade is not your thing the next area is for you the poolside boasting lots of colour from the established gardens in full sun the pool is the ideal place to relax on a hot summer's day The pool has a shallow end with steps the width of the pool and a deep end around 1.80 deep.

 

The whole outdoor area at night glows in the darkness with lights everywhere what a lovely feel to this wonderful haven of heaven.

 

Beneath the main house is the garage which also houses all the central heating system, washroom equipment and still room for extra storage.

 

Next to the garage  is a large workshop ideal for DIY or hobby room, that could also become further accommodation if required.

 

Outside has it all a quiet country lane takes you into the forest area abundant with trees for shade or if wanted for firewood, or wood to use as a hobby perhaps for crafts and garden planters the choice is yours.

 

Then the camping area with a well , beyond the house down to the fields below there is the area ideal for camping although this would require a further licence, in the peacefulness of the forest here the possibilities are endless.

 

On the land or a total of 4 wells of which one is in use to foresee the house of water. The house is also connected to mains water, you can switch to your liking.

 

For waste water and sewage there is a new build septic tank located away from the house. It’s a special made septic tank that should not require emptying but uses natural processes.



Just to finish there is the fresh fish truck that passes, and 6 day’s a week the baker passes by who sells fresh bread.

 NB: Because he comes after 9 am we have a separate appointment with a local baker in Mouronho who brings fresh bread 7 days a week at 5 am for the B&B.
