The ruin with bore hole  and pretty land is located on the edge of a small village near Alvaiàzere  in Central Portugal.  

This great plot of land has an existing stone ruin. The land is a mixture of meadow containing olive and fruit trees and woodland. The land has clear boundaries, mostly defined by a stone wall There is a bore hole already on the land for water making it ideal for off grid living.
