This House is situated in a very quiet area about 500m from the Centre of Alvorge, where you can find supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy, health center, restaurants etc. And about 7km from the bigger village of Ansião where there are all the infrastructure and conditions necessary to enjoy your daily-life quietly, as well as fast and easy road connections to all directions of Portugal.

This House is divided into ground floor and first floor, plus attachments.

On the ground-floor there are several room-spaces, including an old kitchen with a wood oven previously used to bake bread. The remaining spaces served as storage spaces, storeroom, where they use to store agricultural products, and living areas. This area of the House has to be entirely renewed being recommended demolishing some interior walls and redesign the interior spaces to make them more practical, comfortable and cozy. Through a beautiful and unique wooden staircase, we get to the first floor, a very spacious area and with many room-spaces too. In this area there were the bedrooms and living-room. These spaces, such as on the ground floor should also be redesigned and renovated in order to turn them more in logical framework, and more practical in there disposition for future use.

In general we can say that this House has great renovation potential since both the ground floor and first floor have very large areas, which allow easy execution of good projects and ideas for the house. Although ancient, this house features a solid structure in terms of the exterior walls, which are built in stone, but the roof and the wooden structure that divides the two floors must be completely renovated.

Attached to the House there is a closed patio with direct access to a covered space which could be used as private inside garage, or you can maybe use to build a small pool in it for example, that could be very private.

There is also a part of a shed in ruins, at the opposite end-side of the House, which in my opinion could be completely demolished, in order to open a direct entry to the rear of the property. Right now the House has no electricity and water connected, but the main connections pass right by the property so it will be very easy and cheap to make the connections.

Behind the House there is a small rectangular South-facing terrain, where you can build a terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day, given to the sun-exposure.

The surrounding landscapes are beautiful and relaxing, the village is very quiet and the accesses are very good. The historic city of Coimbra is only 30km away and the beach of Figueira da foz is only about 40km.

This is a great opportunity for those looking for a renovation project with a large area of construction, in a magnificent and unique area of Portugal.
