Upon entering the double gates of the campsite the main house is on your right and the main reception building to the left, this covers an area of approximately 60m², once inside on the left is the seating area, enough space for 10-15 people seated at tables and serves as a breakfast area too. Coming out of the reception to gravelled parking and slightly further along are the apartments which are attached to each other and in a row of 3, each apartment is 40m² and with its own private seating area outside, of the 3 apartments, two have been completely remodelled in 2018 and are very modern and stylish, with a centralised unit around which the bedroom, bathroom, full equipped kitchenette and seating area are focused. Each apartment has its own solar panel for heating tap water and the two remodelled ones have a split air conditioner (converter).
The apartment area has an attic space on the first floor of 120m², accessible by an outside staircase, which is currently in use as storage only but can easily be remodelled for additional renting purposes (apartments, rooms, co-working area, etc.).
The camping area facilities are again further along on the left, these include a dishwashing area, along with male and female toilets and shower units, there are also facilities for disabled people and a BBQ facility.
The campsite itself has an open plan of about 25-30 pitches with 21 electricity points and a separate area for small tents. The site is easily accessible by larger caravans and auto caravans.
The camping facilities and apartments area cover a footprint of 269,20m² and an overall build area of 385,67m². The equipment and furniture of the apartments and the campsite are included in the price.
The gardens are well established and beautiful, areas are separated with planting, the overall land size is 3.400m² with an additional rented area of about 2.500m².
